Someone searches through past documents each time a quotation goes out, gives up, and writes a new one. Files that carry customer names and unit prices cannot sit outside the office, which rules out an external service. Few people can write a reply to an inquiry, so replies wait until one of them is free.

Frequently asked questions
Do any documents leave the office?
Drafting happens on your own equipment, and we keep nothing on our servers. The originals stay in your keeping.
Which documents does it cover?
We build it around quotations, daily reports, and replies to inquiries. You can find a document by what it says, even when you do not remember the file name.
How many people can use it?
The standard plan covers three people, with 980 JPY a month for each person from the fourth onward. The three-month trial covers three people at 0 JPY a month.
How is the AI usage billed?
We bill only what it costs, and we agree the monthly ceiling in advance. The fully on-premises plan is 29,800 JPY a month, and the AI itself stays inside the office as well.
Once we know how your office computers run, we can say whether this works without moving your originals outside.
