Services / Overseas sales channels
From finding overseas buyers to verifying them
and drafting the English documents a deal needs.
You need to know whether a counterparty is a real, operating company before the first message goes out. We set up one continuous procedure that covers listing the candidates, checking them, and writing the documents.
01
The steps that follow an overseas inquiry
Inquiries arrive from overseas trade fairs and from your website, but no set procedure exists inside the company for checking who sent them.
Your staff write every English quotation and terms sheet from a blank page.
The record of who received what, and when, stays in one person's inbox instead of a company file.
02
The materials we hand over
You receive buyer candidates with their sources attached
Company name, country, and product lines each arrive with the address of the page they came from.
You receive the result of a check on the counterparty's registration and contact details
For the trade name, address, telephone number, and official site, we note where we confirmed each one.
You receive English trade documents that are ready to send
From the first approach to the presentation of terms, we write each document for its specific recipient.
You keep one record of correspondence for each counterparty
Documents sent, replies received, and the next action sit on a single screen, so a change of staff does not restart the work.

How we work
01
Setting the conditions
We ask what you sell and which countries you are targeting, then define the criteria for the buyers to look for.
02
Candidates and checks
We put the candidates into one table and present the results of the checks, with the source for each.
03
Documents and records
We prepare the English documents. Your staff send them, and we keep the exchange that follows as a record.
04
How we run it ourselves

Frequently asked questions
How do we receive the list of buyer candidates?
You receive a table with the company name, the country, and the product range, each with the page the information came from. The scope is up to 10 companies a month.
How far do the checks on a counterparty go?
We report on the registered name, the address, the telephone number, and the official site, each with the source we checked. The checks come before the first approach.
Who sends the English documents?
We prepare the drafts, and you send them from your own address. You decide the price and the quantity, and we put them into the text.
What is the difference between the light and full plans?
The light plan is 9,800 JPY a month and covers finding buyer candidates and verifying that they exist. The full plan is 19,800 JPY a month and runs from the search through to the quotation. Setup is 0 JPY on both.
If you already know which country and which kind of buyer you want, that is enough for us to start from.
